Our AdHoc/Emergency Support is there as a last resort. WordPress websites need updated on a regular basis and we suggest every 6 months at an absolute minimum (but monthly is far more secure). Premium plugins will be priced additionally to the support time.
A minimum initial Emergency Support fee applies, followed by hourly rates charged after the first hour of work. See below for price.
Response and resolution within 24 hours;
- Initial fee: £85
- Hourly rate after the first hour: £65
Response and resolution within 7 days;
- Initial fee: £60
- Hourly rate after the first hour: £55
Response and resolution with 14 days;
- Initial fee: £50
- Hourly rate after the first hour: £50
Tasks that require our attention can either be logged 24/7 through our contact form on the site or be sent with the title ‘Emergency Support Request’ to email@example.com along with the URL, a brief description of the issue and your preferred timescale for resolution. We will then get back to you to confirm that your job has been booked in. We can guarantee a response during office hours 9am-6pm (GMT) Monday-Friday, but will do our best to respond as quickly as possible outside of those times.
